I am wonder how many of you believe that someone can offer as $6 per share ($2 for equity shareholders and $4 for debt holders)?

I'm not but what is your personal stand of view?At current sp do we face more downturn?Think not cause chance of take over if the economy and specially bitumen price stay low.How long in time could they survive a lower price then they needed to meet interrest payment?

Can MRC not benefit a little ?

What could in your opinion be a decent offer for CLL 2 at 3 cad $?.I don't think if they get more in trouble they wouldn't found a candidtate to help or take them over ?

With their reserves ,MRC and POD 1 running and Algar some parts in construction (some devices) the value must be more then sp is now or not?
