Aren't the $80M beginning in 2015?/bbq No.

2009 annual interest payments on US$600 million Notes and $100 millions Convertibles is about $82 millions according to my numbers and $88 million in gross cash interest expense confirmed later on by MOODY.

2010 will be similar depends on the exchange rates.
