Iran , with Russian help, has begun testing the non nuclear systems in the new power plant prior to inserting the fuel rods that will be supplied by Russia. This coupled with a sucessful launch of a satellite has the potential of raising Middle Eastern tensions to a new level. ISREAL has already stated that it will NEVER allow Iran to have nuclear capabilities, look for a pre-emptive stike on the power plant.
