No use telling me my house is worth more when I'm facing a substantial interest payment in 16 months (I currently can't afford).

CLL doesn't have a valuation issue, it has a cashflow issue. The marketplace was just given a heads-up that CLL is riskier today than last year (check out the recent reduction in debt ratings).

I believe you're confusing the two points - you're quoting an increase in valuation news release to the current cashflow issue regarding interest coming due.

In addition, please reserve exclamation marks for TRADING HALTED!!! announcing a dramatic increase in share price....... :)
