The spectre of the interest payment obligation is like the 800 pound gorilla in the room. I would suspect a refinancing or parternship arrangement is already in the cards, and will be obtainable with rising seasonal crude pricing and increased liquidity in the banking systems.The other option is to sell more shares and the inherent dilution which that brings.
That's the badest deal we could see .DG has said months ago that dillution was not the case anymore but that was before things started to go down.
What would be the best case for us shareholders ?
- Hoping that bitumen price reaches a point to where CLL is out of trouble.How long can they hold on if price stays under 60 $ this year?
- looking for a partner ,but what is then the impact on sp and under which form ?
- refinancing ?How do you guys see that and under which conditions
- Issueing more shares that probably the most badest dezal we could see for us and will bring sp to very low levels again.
The storm will pass but that 800 pound gorilla is hanging over us and will depend on how this situation clears out.If we have a good deal or quick rebound in bitumen which I doubt so far then sp could take a lift.
