UBS annalist is saying that CLL maybe removed from the index not like you suggesting delisting from the TSX. Giving other examples like Nortel is not relevant. The share price by itself is irrelevant. Market capitalization among others will be a main factor.

Also TSX listing fee is not effected. They have the option of adding to the listing.

TSX Small Cap Index Funds and TSX Energy Index Funds may have to take action if we are removed from the index.
