Hopefully the Stelmach governments new incentive program that you mentioned will apply to Connacher's 15 well pair drilling program next winter (December 2009) when the Algar project is revived. I wonder if this program refers to bitumen producing well pairs or conventional oil when it talks about oil wells. Come to think of it, I wonder if it applies to all oil and gas wells drilled in 2009 seeing as Connacher drilled two additional well pairs in Dec/January. I wonder if it covers them and their production? It will be interesting to know this.

Why doesn't the Stelmach plan also apply to pipelines to hook up oil and gas wells to the feederlines. Don't junior companies like Connacher have to pay to hook up new gas wells? The new plan doesn't go far enough.
