Looking at the market cap the CLL share of PDP is only $13 million. Even if we can sell it for $20 million this will not change the CLL financial situation. Unfortunately there is nothing more available for sale.

IMO the takeover would be the most beneficial for the shareholders and $880 million debt holders. On the weekend I will try to come up with some target price numbers based on the past oilsand deals.

Obviously the $60 Oil would automatically solve this problem.
