Thanks for reviewing further. I had several documents printed out and somebody scattered them all over the floor, never did get them sorted back together.

Are you saying they're folding previous planned pods 3-7 (or whatever they were) into 1 (GD) and 2 (Algar)?

I believe I read the timeframe for the 44,000 was over 25 years, but again I haven't able to focus on the document, may be several days yet.
