I am looking more towards the actual price of "bitumen"for sure the "bbl" pricing has a great influence but the fact is Connacher is a bitumen play.Infrastructure spending includes road building IMHO its a primary focus,with it DEMAND for bitumen will increase rapidly,and so will bitumen price ,this I beleive will bolster CLL cashflow and NAV....
