2. The TSX is the only exchange in North America to permit this practice of allowing AH trading to impact the closing price.

3. The number of shares traded in AH exceeded 3 million. (40% of total volume)

4. The dollar impact of such practice placed directly into the pockets of thieving manipulators $385,000 +. Not counting what they will make on the engineered rebound.

5. Any exchange permitting such a practice is complicit in theft.

6. Any Canadian Nationals who are investors, are spineless, feckless, victims too timid to demand even a modicum of ethics from their security regulators. Which are likely suckling at the teat of their masters. The Canadian Securites Industry.

7. In the US I regret to say, we have similar problems. But at least we require that our Securities Industry and Regulators be more original and creative in their larceny. Any simpleton can steal in the darkness of AH trading that is allowed to count.
