He is saying a peak blow off top in 2009/2010 of $148 to $160 or higher followed by a depression crash to $40 to $60 and possibly lower between 2012 & 2015.

Have you considered using the liibrary? Book was published January, 2009 by Simon & Schuster. He also correctly forcasted that we would not enter depession back in 1990 which was at variance with virtually all other economists.

Is he right? Do not know at this point. Never hurts to get the other side of the debate. But if he is, indicates some interereting thoughts as to timing!
