as to who owns the Ng,went thru this with Paramount PMT.un,they had Ng reserves that had Tar Sands above ,they were shut down in favor of the Sands,when these companies acquire their land holdings they do so for specific reasons ie Ng Oil ,Tar Sands,it may be the same piece of land but they only have rights to extract the applied for commodity,untill they apply for the commodity the rights belong to Government,last I heard Paramount is looking into extracting the tar sands???
