I don't have the time right now for the research, but in the 2008 report that just came out, you will find they're considering other options as you speak of. Synergies. I don't recall ever seeing so much mention (a couple paragraphs, I wasn't able to finish reading) of alternative partnership options. To me this discussion is a little disappointing for a couple of reasons.

Regarding BQI and PBG, your questions have been raised on and off over the years, without good answers. My guesses are BQI doesn't have the debt CLL has (only assets, no production either to my knowledge), and PBG has THAI. I'm sure there's more to it than that though. Let me know what you find out?
