all Oils have been accounted for there is no new oil,what there is can be drilled for but then new refineries will have to be built.But who is going to invest in the infrastructure needed at these BBL prices,there hasn't been a NEW REFINERY built on the planet in 20yrs??There is also something called Terrorisim,

Very little can be done with Algar until next freeze up and of course much more cashflow(escallating bbl$$)$80-100 comes to my mind ,and that's something I think we will see come the Fall///
