I was looking into "ETF"s and found "Claymore Oil Sands Sector "it contains over 4% of its makeup in CLL,it also has 6% of UTS amongst others,I have no doubt that someone has been accumulating ,what I resent is the "mannipulation"that is being used.Having said this I too have been accumulating,using dollar cost averaging I have my numbers down to .84 in non registered and .80 for RRSP???
