Josef Schachter comments on Connacher

Josef Schachter commented on Market call today on BNN about Connacher at the 11 minute mark in the following clip. He was asked whether or not Connacher is a viable company at 40-50 dollar oil.

He was also asked about what would have caused the price to go up today and he didn't know. He guessed that maybe Connacher management is doing presentations for investors or they may be on a road show.
