DG paid $6250 for $20,000 CLL Debenture share.

I know that you know, but the way you put it would suggest that he paid $625,000.

To put things to perspective we have a poster on the board telling us that he is averaging down and buying 10k of CLL shares almost twice a month.

Obvious one has to have unlimited resources to average down on the regular bases but regardless of this he deserves bigger applause then DG putting on line 1/4 of his monthly salary.
