If you are referring to OPTI Logan Lake project which Nexen has the partnership interest in, IMO the answer to your question is NO.

2C may add his 2 cents to this subject.

CLL does not have the in situ upgrader. It would take $200M to $300M to construct one. Most of their remaining cash reserves are dedicated to 2009 interest payments and improving POD1 operation.
