USA depends on Mexico ,UAR and Canada to make up for its shortfall in maintaining its Oil Consumption,the first two are in the wane,Canada is the only one whose SUPPLY is on the increase,and that is due to the "TAR SANDS",all the rehtoric about about emmissions and footprints is "much ado about nothing"until alternatives can be brought on stream,the USA depends on OIL without it all is lost,ok that sounds harsh but at present there is no alternative,the sooner this is accepted the better of everyone will be IMHO we are 10-29 years away from alternatives in such numbers as to alleviate "Oil Dependancy" the catalyst t alternatives is a higher price fo BBL,there just isn't any other choice the sooner $200/bbl happens the sooner alternatives can DOMINATE??
