Anybody have any thoughts on CIBC Broker #79's trading patterns over the last couple of months? CIBC hasn't been trading CLL to any real extent over the last couple of years, and then has shown up with a vengeance in the downturn.

As one can see huge volumes (they are responsible for trading a large part of the increase in CLL volumes over the last couple of months) are being traded on both the buy side and sell side on a daily basis, with very little in the way of stock being either accumulated or dumped over time.

Thoughts on what they are up to or who they may be working on behalf of?
