That don't surprised me.We all see that oil price is on the rise so making outlook some brighter for these companies involed in the oil and bitumen sector.

But IMO they panic to much when oil went down and took the risk to curtail output and after a very small time they announced again to ramp up.But the NG they saved by curtailing they needed probably more to achieve the 10.000 bpd again.Before they were almost at 10.000 bpd without the use of the 4 ESP pumps.

Didn't watch the cc but are there more details in favour they announced ?
