Can CLL ever win? There are only 3 choices right now.

1) don't do anything, pray for a turn around, and if that doesn't happen, burn thru cash until they're broke and get picked off in a fire sale.

2) try and get NEW DEBT, all the while praying that oil goes up enough so you don't burn thru all your cash and then get picked off.

3) Offer shares hoping that they raise enough cash to survive.

No matter what, someone will be bitching about dilution or debt. CLL appears to be trying to strike a balance between dilution and debt..I'd argue that the reason that no share or price amount was announced was because it was a trial balloon to see how the market would react. Considering the SP held above the support levels, hopefully means that the market doesn't seem to mind..Tomorrow will tell.
