Gusella's present game is far from transparent and at this point, I would say "advantage investment bankers". They currently have market SP well below $1.50 CDN and unless Gusella has something up his sleeve, what would prompt anyone to do a financing above market price. So, Gusella has boxed himself in as I see it. One way or another, Gusella will likely bargain away some more of our shareholder equity in order to get financing. At present, all leverage is in the hands of the bankers. That is, unless Gusella has an ace up his sleeve. But, if he did, why did he come out with his weak PR of yesterday?
