But if you're looking for an entry point I think buying some at this level wouldn't be bad.After all if we're supposing they can achieve their goals the sp will be much higher by then.At some point there is always a basic value.

Assuming oil will stay around current level with their announced asphalt sales this year etc. the coming Q's can be better then last one.
