I think that there was a leak prior to the end of negotiations and that the press release was issued to cover legalities..It's all speculation of course as the only ones that really know what happened and why are covered by strict non disclosure rules..DG and the rest of the management team OWN SHARES are are severly restricted by insider trading laws, intentional manipulation by anyone in management wouldn't be worth the risk..DG lost just as much to his bottom line as I did with the last price drop..

I sleep comfortably at night regarding CLL,,DG wants to protect his assets just as much as i do.
