I've compiled a list of all CLL offerings I could find. The info will be in the following order.

Date, Type of share, Amount,CLL closing SP on the date of the announcement and finally the difference in the closing SP and the offering price. Now this is non scientific and open to interpretation.

Oct 29 07 Flow through $5.00 $3.99 + approx 25%

May 09 07 Debentures $5.00 $4.01 + approx 25%

Mar 17 07 Flow through $5.25 $$4.38 +approx 25%

Aug 11 06 Flow Through $5.25 $3.95 + approx 33%

Jan 31 06 common $5.25 $3.62 + approx 45%

Nov 15 05 Flow Through $3.00 $2.37 + approx 27%

AUG 17 05 Common $1.85 $1.83 neutral

Oct 25 04 Flow through .60 .49 + approx 24%

Nov 20 03 Flow/ Common 1.35/1.05 $1.12 + approx 20%/- 7%

Feb 26 03 Common .45 .43 + approx 5%

Nov 07 02 Flow through .45 .40 + approx 12%

If you notice flow through shares are around 25% above closing of the announcing day ( flow shares had special tax implications and I think they're no longer available. Common shares issues were different although 1 was 45% above closing prices, the others were neutral or less than 5 % above closing..

SP closed @ $1.35 on May 19 09, announcement day

So if you guestimate based on previous history The offering could be

$1.35 $1.40 $1.95 or anywhere in between.. I'm guessing about $1.50
