"I suppose there is some positive investment psychology behind being able to buy 10,000 shares at $.60 versus 5,000 at $1.20, but that is not how the big players do it."

Not how the big players do it, really? A share is a share to a trader. Why do you think so many shares are trading hands right now at $1.08 which BTW is 20% above the offering price? There are 2 trains of thought right now. The first is that the offering prices was set very low so that it would in effect be the new bottom, and this would explain the upwards pressure. The second train of thought is that .90 will be the starting line for a run down to possibility new lows..

You're making a big assumption that CLL could have sold the shares at $1.50, I am on record as saying that would be my estimate, more wishfull thinking than anything else. The SP had to be low enough so a good profit on an upswing could be made by the institutions as compensation for investing in troubled times..You literally have to make it an offer no-one could refuse. AGAIN though, I'd argue even with dilution there's plenty of money to be made by all.

So what are the big boys doing right now,,I'd argue the shorts who're expecting new lows are covering previous positions and taking new ones. The other big players are loading up as they see a good upturn in the future and the small fish are trying to figure out which way they should go.

SO IMO big boys are making decisions based on convenience. TRUST ME if they just hold positions for short periods of time they're salivating at the thought of loading up at or covering at .60 again .
