well, increasing convention light oil to supplant algar prodution is good idea. I am not sure how big is cl's sweet oil reservers and how quicly it can be brought to production, any one knows??

Then cll will have cash flow to fund algar with no debt and dilution. If oil stabilizes at current levels then algar will be restarted with increased prodction 20, 000 bbl/d in 5 years. Oil sand is the future but to mitigate lower oil price then MRC must be fostetred with substantial light oil prodution, this coupled with pdp light oil is a company makes. But waiting for stars to be aligned for oil to say high and wiating for algar is company breaker IMHO.
