I look at two numbers ie bitumen @$25+ at a time when WTIis@$40 today we have WTI nearing $70,if you ask me weather I see CLL @$8.00 my answer is yes.Connacher has experienced a $6-8 value when WTI was above $140+IMHO we will see WTI in the $150+ range short to mid term,with a second POD in the offing why not throw another number out there ie production doubles to 20000 bbl,looking at the above numbers $8.00 seems low IMHO
