Looks like the Offering will be successful meaning that CLL will have over $270 million cash on hand,,Yes it cost almost a 50% dilution, but on the bright side we've got 200 million less debt on the books.

With that kind of MOULA and oil testing $70 it would be pretty safe to assume that unless there's a major catastrophe like an asteroid hitting mother earth then CLL will live to fight another day.
