SP is trending downward, support levels are getting lower everyday and an extremely concerted effort is being made to take out the $1.0 resistance level.

There's no doubt that an attempt will be made to go down to the .90 offering price..The answer to your questions are you've got to decide the following.

1- Will SP get driven down to .90

2- If it does go down to .90, then will that be the new bottom or are we back down to the Mar 20 close of .61...
