Connacher Oil to list 191,762,500 shares June 5

2009-06-03 16:26 ET - Prospectus Approved

TSX bulletin 2009-0700

An additional 191,762,500 common shares will be listed at the open on Friday, June 5, 2009. The listing will cover common shares to be sold to the public at a price of 90 cents per common share pursuant to the terms of a short form prospectus dated May 28, 2009. The closing of the offering is expected to occur prior to the open on June 5, 2009.
