PDP intends to farmout and joint venture its Peruvian hold

I am cll and pdp investor and PDP's peru and colombia are promising, but pdp intends to farmout and joint venture Perus's holding. If the potential is huge, then why not go it alone?

PDP has less 60, 000. 000 in total shares, as the sp rises after colombia discovery,which are subtantial in their own right as per pdp's releases, they can raise capital bu issuing more shares , her dilution does not matter as, pdp has only 100m debt and if the resources are huge, so we can go it alone as we did in cll and the return is huge. This logic of farm out makes no sense as DG alwasy said that cll wanted to go it alone, and go it alone, he did. So why the joint venture? is it benefial to the share holders?
