Believe:

recent offering plus existing cash on hand ( including restricted) = 260 million as per slide 9.. The 150 million in notes, assuming they keep all of the 150 will bring the total cash on hand to $410 million dollars..

I'm assuming both were intended to replace the 200 million line of credit ( which was part of a $800 financing deal) which they cancelled.
