I'm confused as well, also thought the approvals were in place. I suppose we could shoot them an e-mail if we were so inclined. IMO Algar will be started up shortly. My guess is that by Fall 2010 Algar will be in production.

I wonder if GD will ever reach intended capacity. It's got to be very frustrating for the crew.

P.S. Just read Rebels' post, and realize that sounds correct ... probably waiting on approvals from Connacher's internal board, not from ERCB or such.
