Again BS.....why doesn't DG just answer a question directly? Any comments on the below quote from the interview would be appreciate:

Gusella said he hopes the final $200-million investment in Algar, the second phase of its Great Divide in situ oilsands project, will be approved.

“We’re not going out to raise this money if we didn’t intend to reactivate Algar so as soon as it’s completed, I’ll go to my board and get formal authority to crank up the volume and get going again,” he said, adding he hopes to start construction while the weather is warm.

Please correct me, I thought we had Algar and in situ approvals already (if that is what's inferred?)

If the reference is to the $200M investment, we got that much $$ now in the bank ready to go - so the credit facility isn't directly necesary to start Algar...(if that's what's inferred?)

If the reference is to the CLL Board approval to go ahead with Algar and in situ - this is ass backwards - because the Board is required to give their blessing on any credit facility in the first place, so the Board's approval would be implied by allowing for the credit facilties to be created (if that's what the awaited approval is for)

Anyone have any ideas?

Much Appreciated,

Booster
