The following information was stated by Dick Gusella and Pete Sametz during the webcast:

1) Dick Gusella stated that Connacher currently has $460 million dollars in cash and that this will provide them with liquidity for the next 3 years.

2) He also stated that management is still in the process of arranging the credit line which will be completed soon.

3) Algar will be restarted immediately and it can be expanded to 30,000 bbl/d by hooking up extra modules to it.

4) Connacher's production costs for April have been lowered to $15.00 /bbl. Part of this is because of the low cost of natural gas at present and the installation of ESP's in five of the well pairs. Management is sticking to their earlier cost forcast that costs on a yearly basis will average $17.00 bbl.

5) The first ESP that Connacher originally install lowered the SOR in the well pair to 2.2. Connacher as you know has installed 4 more ESP's and they have lowered the SOR in the well pairs that they were recently installed in in a similar manner and Connacher expects each will end up with a 2.2 SOR as well.

6) It takes longer to ramp up total bitumen production at POD 1 because of the installation of the ESP's. They have a maximum operating temperature for them and Connacher's is in the process of reducing the overall temperature in the chamber which is why total production is slowly growing.

7) Well pairs 11 &12 are steaming successfully at present and they will be adding to bitumen production by the end of June or early in July.

8) Pete Sametz said that the MRC refinery currently has contracts to sell over 300,000 barrels of asphalt at over $100 US per barrel.

9) Connacher will be doing more drilling in the future to identify more bitumen reserves.

Best Wishes; Scott
