Cgy, no, sorry, I meant that I thought that the shares were "locked in" for a few months AFTER the placement. So as of the date that the placement closed, I thought that shares were not allowed to be traded in the open market for a certain amount of time. But maybe that only applied to certain issues. I'm fairly certain that some of the placements back in the 2005-2006 era had such restrictions, but I can't remember why. And I'm certainly not curious enough to dig through all of the old stockhouse posts.
Hm. Maybe it's in the press releases on the Connacher site, although maybe that only has releases from the time that the site was revamped going forward.
