Digger, I dont know if you are already aware of Gateway.

Planned startup is scheduled for 2014 year end.

This should be roughly around the time connacher reaches its "~40k b/d - 50k b/d target". I also agree that it is important we open up other marketing oppourtunities to Alberta's crude, especially with Obama's new carbon legislation.
