Nobody has yet commented on why the insider options were disposed of a week or so ago. Was this because the timing on the options had expired and they were underwater? Was it because senior management felt guilty about the dilution and surrendered their shares to show that they hadn't intended to benefit personally from the offering?

Any thoughts, anyone?
