IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TELL YOU WHAT I WOULD DO DIFFERENTLY!

I have never indicated that I am a Petroleum Engineer or even a related discipline. (Actually, Product, Marketing Management and Business Planning in a specialized area of Metallurgy) But, so far I can tell what does not work. Unfortunately, many of the critical decisons Management has made, demonstrate they do not know either. And they are getting paid a lot "to know"!
