One more thing to consider.. Cll hasn't been available at these prices for years. When SP was between $4-$5 I remember many people on many boards lamenting on how they wished they got in below a buck. Well here it is, one must also remember that with the recent dilution, I'd guess that more than 60% of current shareholder bought in below a $1.0 and trust me they're going to excerpt upward pressure.
