It's not only CLL,,, UTS was Flat,,OPTI was down 3 cents and CLL was down 1 cent. ( at least PDP was up today).. It would appear that the issue may be an ongoing concerns about Tar Sand viability thanks to KING OBAMA and his merry gang of Democratic idiots.

Until his CAP and TRADE ponzi scheme gets settled, oil sand play may be held back.
