If one will not consent that a problem may not exist, then a tremendous amount of time and energy is lost looking for a solution that need not exist.

I don't follow PDP, but from reading the press release the Argentinian holdings were put up for sale Mar 2nd..Those days were much darker than they are now. Oil was hovering at $40, the worlds financing well was dry. Since then oil is over $60,,CLL has had successful refinancing and share offering, and the financial world is loosening the purse strings..

It's very clear in the release, UNACCEPTABLE BIDS..Much has changed since Mar 2, ..Why should they sell at obvious low ball offers?.maybe the need to sell just isn't there anymore..
