As some of us have been pointing out,the game of ACCUMULATION is well underway,I beleive Quarter numbers will be more than encouraging given lower costs,increasing price of Oil/bbl,throw in a doubling of production and the institutions are doing their job,pity its at a cost to disgruntled investors,still time to accumulate and its a bit easier to do with price being kept at a reasonable level???
