Which of course explains why SP isn't going anywhere today. I'm assuming it means that the institutions are trying to load up their Mutual Funds with cheap shares before they allow SP to increase..This would then allow them to show HUGE increases in Fund values just in time for RRSP season..Could be wrong of course, but it does show an increase in confidence in CLL.
