Thanks,,someone on SH said it was around 12:30, it's not posted yet on the website...

CLL had a huge volume spike around the same time, over 300k shares in less than 10 min...I find this a little suspect..An analyst floats the takeover boat and SP spikes, looks like they're looking for a quick SP bump on rumor to skae some more shares from frustrated holders..
