Jennifer Stevenson the Exectutive Vice President of Qwest Investment Funds mentions Connacher and Opti as having a higher valuation per bbl than AOS. The context was comparing the valuation of AOS at $0.63 per bbl in the ground based on the price being paid by PetroChina.
