I don't think it's a matter of honesty but either the trust in management for taking good decissions?And that's the point my personal faith is almost zero.

They started to bring CLL in jeopardy IMO by taking the risk past year for building Algar.Many of us has expressed concerns about the high debt .If they didn't taken the financing deal then but rather play on safe and just waited let's say until now and go for it right now I'm sure we were not at an sp around 1 and a double in shares.

The second wrong decission was the panic action on the collapse of the oil price by taking the risk to curtail the output while they were almost at target .See now what the effect is.

PDP same story though at some point they had bad luck because government up there put a cap on the oil price they get.

So for me it's not a matter of honesty but a matter in taking the right steps for the shareholders interest.

I'm just wondering IF it was their own money IF they would taken such a high debt risk ?So now they had become th eplaying ball of the big funds and banks and we are the most effected.

If all investors could determine management payments based on their efforts to support a stable share price and not what we have seen on CLL and PDP ,I think they should be much carefull in their actions.
